The DEEPAL New Car Warranty
At DEEPAL, we provide a 7-year/160,000 kilometre new car warranty*, whichever comes first, when you purchase a stunning DEEPAL model. All authorised DEEPAL dealerships honour this New Vehicle Warranty, ensuring that any defective part due to factory materials or workmanship will be repaired, replaced, or adjusted free of charge. If you’ve misplaced or damaged your Warranty or Service Handbooks reach out to Brisbane Deepal Service Centre to order a new one.

Warranty over covered items is subject to compliance with DEEPAL instructions and operation and maintenance requirements relating to those items. At DEEPAL, we offer an 8-year/240,000km battery warranty^, whichever comes first, giving you peace of mind that should anything go wrong with the battery during this period, it's covered. This comprehensive warranty ensures confidence in the longevity and reliability of your DEEPAL’s electric performance, so you can enjoy the drive worry-free.
^The DEEPAL high voltage battery warranty (“HV Battery Warranty”) period is 8 years/240,000 kms, (whichever occurs first) and excludes fair wear and tear related battery capacity degradation issues. HV Battery Warranty is subject to compliance with DEEPAL instructions, operation, charging and maintenance requirements and regular battery health check inspections according to DEEPAL recommendations. DEEPAL SERVICING SCHEDULES
Your DEEPAL is designed with optimal service intervals that depend as much on time and driving conditions as it does on distance. The service interval for your DEEPAL is every 20,000 kilometres or 12 months, whichever comes first. This schedule ensures that your DEEPAL receives the dedicated care it needs, keeping it in peak condition for every journey ahead.
